About Murry's Place
Murry's Place was inspired by comfort food, great friends, and one very special yellow Lab named Murry.
Located in Butte des Morts, Wisconsin, Murry's Place is a neighborhood restaurant and pub created to feel comfortable, welcoming, and easygoing — the kind of place where people can enjoy a good meal, catch up with friends, and feel right at home.
The Inspiration
A restaurant with a four-legged namesake
Murry isn't just part of the name — he's part of the personality behind the whole place. His friendly spirit helped inspire a restaurant built around the things that matter most: good food, good company, and good times.
Joan wanted Murry's Place to have the same kind of warmth and personality people feel when they walk into a room and are greeted by an old friend. That spirit carries through the restaurant, from the logo and menu names to the relaxed atmosphere.

Murry's Place is also about friendship and community. Good friends Crystal and Ingrid made this special sign for Joan — a thoughtful reminder that places like this are shaped by the people around them.
